All orders are generally shipped the same day. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number. You will also receive a delivery notice upon the item delivered. It is your choice First class or Priority.
First class: is not insured for loss, If you would like to have it insured please ask before as it is additional cost. We do not replace if damaged or lost with out insurance, or option 2, send it priority for a few bucks more.
Priority: covers 100.00 in insurance and has good tracking. If you would like additional insurance please let us know before as it is additional cost to you. If it is lost you can file a claim yourself to recover the insured amount.
ITEM DELIVERED however you did not get item. I know this is terrible situation for all, we want you to have good experience from Aku Strike. That said, If tracking shows item delivered and you did not get it, we suggest to contact your mail carrier directly as maybe simply in wrong box or someone stole it. Normally mail carrier delivers every day and should know your address. Unfortunately we have no control over it once USPS gets it. You can put a claim in to them directly and try to prove you did not receive it. We have same information as you do in regards to tracking. Unfortunately in this situation we can not replace items for free.
USPS international orders may not receive accurate tracking in all countries at all times. Package is delivered by your normal mail carrier. If you want someone to sign for the package to confirm delivery please send us a note in the comments section upon ordering. However if you are not there to sign, it will not be left.
If lost or not delivered we can not be held liable as we put it in the mail, you will not be reimbursed so please be sure you choose best method for you. We want you to have good experience however sometimes with switching International mail carriers it gets lost. we do not recommend USPS for this.
UPS may cost more but very reliable in international shipments.

All orders are generally shipped the same day. International shipments please be aware that your products may go through a customs check and additional VAT or duty may be required to be paid by you. This has nothing to do with and it totally different from our shipping fees.
Sometimes customs will hold your product and you may receive a notice in the mail to pick it up, this may also delay shipping time. Be aware, there may be a time limit to pick up your package and it may be returned. If there are fees incurred to us, these fee will be passed along to you. We shipped your item and we are not responsible if it was not picked up. If it makes it to your post office we consider it delivered.
When you ship UPS (saver or expedited) it includes UPS clearing fees, it does not include BOND fees. These can be alot, so see below if you want to clear yourself.
Customers are responsible for payment of duties and taxes. When funds are not provided in advance by the customer, UPS must post a bond to allow UPS shipments to be released in advance of payment. Refused delivery: UPS, USPS, If your package is refused for any reason we cannot offer any refund because we will also be charged a large amount plus import fees to have it returned. If you import an order, is is your responsibility to check and be aware of your import fees.
